Refund & Exchange Policy

All of our products are custom-made and personalized according to each client’s specific theme, colors, and design requests. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been placed.

Each order is made uniquely for you and cannot be resold or reused.

At the discretion of Glitz Elite Kustom Studio, we may offer store credit in special circumstances if a genuine issue arises. Store credit is not guaranteed and is issued on a case-by-case basis only.

Please Note:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Store credit, if approved, will be issued via a coupon code or digital balance.

  • Customers agree not to dispute or charge back transactions with their financial institution, as each order is a personalized and final sale.
