All of our products are custom-made and personalized according to each client’s specific theme, colors, and design requests. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been placed.
Each order is made uniquely for you and cannot be resold or reused.
At the discretion of Glitz Elite Kustom Studio, we may offer store credit in special circumstances if a genuine issue arises. Store credit is not guaranteed and is issued on a case-by-case basis only.

Once items are shipped, Glitz Elite Kustom Studio is not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
